Anhydrous Aluminium Chloride
Anhydrous aluminum chloride (AlCl3) is a white to yellow crystalline solid that is odorless and hygroscopic. It is highly corrosive to eyes, skin, and mucous membranes, and can also corrode most transition metals. It is toxic by ingestion and reacts violently with water to produce hydrogen chloride gas.
